ArbiterSports Registration Guide
STEP 01
Create Account
Visit ArbiterSports and click 'Sign Up' to create your parent account. You will need a valid email address to begin the compliance process.
STEP 02
Link School
Search for 'Northside Christian Academy' in the school directory. Select NCA to link your profile to our athletic department records.
STEP 03
Add Student
Enter your athlete's information including full legal name, date of birth, and current grade level to create their specific profile.
STEP 04
Select Sport
Choose the upcoming sports season (Fall, Winter, or Spring) and the specific sport your student intends to try out for this year.
Uploading & Managing Forms
1. Scan or take a clear photo of all pages of the completed Physical Form. Ensure all signatures from both the physician and parent are visible.
2. Log in to your ArbiterSports account and navigate to the 'Registrations' tab. Click 'Add File' next to the Physical Form requirement.
3. Select your file and upload. The status will update to 'Pending' until verified by the Northside Christian Academy athletic trainer.
4. Check back regularly to ensure your 'Approval' status is green before tryouts begin. You will receive an email notification once approved.
