NCA varsity volleyball defeated Orangeburg Prep 3-0 on the Indians home court last night for the Crusaders seventh straight win. The red and black were led in kills by Lauren Reynolds with 16 and Reagan Funderburk with 8, Funderburk had a team best hitting percentage of .332.
Kailyn Koontz powered the defense with 4 kill blocks and the back row defense was guided by Kaitlyn Banks, Alexa Brownell and Reynolds. Leader in assists was Emily Colby.
The Crusaders return to action tonight to begin Championship Phase of the season against Hammond.
